Is there a possibility to add a small button on my iframes that works to go to previous page if they navigate inside the iframe?
this would be very useful!

The normal back button does this actually.
If you like to place a button you can use e.g. https://www.tinywebgallery.com/blog/advanced-iframe/advanced-iframe-pro-demo/hide-a-part-of-the-iframe and there you put a div with browser back on.
