our iframe is not resizing, Could you please help us on below issue.

Uncaught ReferenceError: aiProcessMessage is not defined at receiveMessageadvanced_iframe

Seems ai.js cannot be loaded. Can you please check in the browser developer tools if the file is loaded properly.

ai.js is not included there at all. Can you go to the config -> options. there is a selection where the ai.js is included. can you try both options? Seems for me somehow ai.js is not rendered at all in the code.

i tried both options (Include ai.js in the footer - Yes/No) but not working

auto resize will work if i include the the ai.js link manually in the code?

yes- if you can do this it should work. But I don't understand why it is not done automatically. The ai.js is included the wordpress way. Do you maybe have some caching plugins which prevents this or some optimizers for Javascript.
