What I have expected and what I have told you before to try.

You iframe onload event is fired before the ai.js is loaded.

Go to Options -> Include ai.js in the footer -> No. the it is added before and loaded.

Ok great, the error is no longer showing. But the height of the spinner_iframe (bottle) is still larger than it should be. I didn't even touch the browser to resize it. Here is the short code again, if you'd like to see it:

<p>
[advanced_iframe securitykey="..." use_shortcode_attributes_only="true" src="https://fohbcvirtualmuseum.org/spin-500/Ta%20Tsing%20Final%20spin%20500/iframe.html" id="advanced_iframe" name="spinner_iframe" height="1100" width="100%" allowfullscreen="true" enable_responsive_iframe="true" iframe_height_ratio="1.5625"]</p>

Do you know what it keeps doing this?

Thanks again,
Miguel

I don't know how it should look like. The code uses the width (100%) and the ratio and does calculate the height.
So you might have to adopt either the width or the ratio.

Best, Michael
