just purchased pro version and per documentation we added the suggested external domain script to our outside domain - can't seem to get plugin to work. free alternative plugin is working?? would rather use your advanced iframe pro version if possible. we are attempting following: using wordpress on https://www.fifty50pharmacy.com page which uses the working iframe plugin = https://www.fifty50pharmacy.com/superior-dme-opt-out/ contains this shortcode = [iframe src="https://insform.fifty50pharmacy.com/" width="100%" height="100%"] we've built a test page using iframe advanced pro shortcode = https://www.fifty50pharmacy.com/superior-test/ contains this shortcode = [advanced_iframe securitykey="bab5ee789617271967f77edcddef9a81afccd064" src="https://insform.fifty50pharmacy.com/superior-form-test" width="100%" height="100%"] as embedded per the editor iframe button on https://insform.fifty50pharmacy.com the pages contain the same gravity form. both domains are https: and even though it is a subdomain and we don't wish to use partial display feature we added the <script>document.domain='fifty50pharmacy.com';</script> to the page https://insform.fifty50pharmacy.com/superior-form-test Appreciate any help to implement the plugin - if it doesn't work we'll request a refund as the alternative seems to be working just fine. screen shots are here: https://insform.fifty50pharmacy.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/iframe-pro-1.png https://insform.fifty50pharmacy.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/iframe-pro-2.png https://insform.fifty50pharmacy.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/iframe-pro-3.png https://insform.fifty50pharmacy.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/iframe-pro-4.png thanks, -aj |

Hi, the 100% if the iframe are actually not working in your first version. wp-rocket is using way too much space! Please update the advanced iframe pro to 7.5.2 (available on code canyon). This makes it compatible with wp-rocket! Then try again and disable lazy load of wp-rocket! This is already included in my plugin! wp-rocket does remove comments which my lazy load is using! Then you need to enable auto height in the shortcode. -> onload_resize="true" as you are on a subdomain please go to the external workaround tab and enable that the domain is also added as script to the parent page. On the basic tab is a "generate shortcode" button. Please press this and copy the shortcode without your security key here. Then I see your full config! Best, Michael |
