Post subject:  iframing a react app

I have having problems with using iframe pro to iframe a react web application. I believe this is due to react managing its own DOM. Some page work and other don't. Can you tell me if this a waste of my time to try? If it can work, will I have to get the developer of the react app to change code on their side? If I do have to get them to change code on their side, would you know the what needs to be changed?

Thanks.

Matt

I don't know what the react webapp is modifying. What features do you use from advance iframe and which setup do you use?

Sorry, those are all fair questions.

I'm using wordpress 4.7.2, The react app works fine with advanced iframe pro via a desktop browser, it's when I use I access it via ios and android devices that the issues occur.

[advanced_iframe securitykey="valid key" use_shortcode_attributes_only="true" src="https://app.domain.com/" height="1000" width="600" enable_ios_mobile_scolling="true"  show_iframe_loader="true" enable_lazy_load="true" hide_page_until_loaded="true" onload_resize="true" enable_responsive_iframe="true" onload_scroll_top="true"]

Are you on the same domain? Because the settings you use look like this.

and what does not work mean?

Micheal,

Sorry I did not reply sooner, other issues came up. I do appreciate your timely replies.

The site i am iframing is on a different domain.
The site is built using the React app framework.
Some of the pages work fine.
I do not have the external workaround file installed on the React site.

Question.
Do you think that adding the external workaround file will solve the problem, or are you suggesting that the workaround file will be needed to make the changes necessary to fix and troubleshoot the issues?

If you are on a remote domain so which features do you excpect to work?
Because without the workaround the firmae does nothing inside the iframe.

this is why I asked what does not work... because for me it seems that the app has actually a problem on android in iframes. So it has nothing direcly todo with the plugin.
