Post subject:  How to combine Form Fields with JFUploader

Hi Guys,

This seems obvious but I could not find any previous posts where someone had the same problem as me.

I'd like to have a few form fields on a page and at the bottom allow a user to upload an mp3 file. I'm guessing this could be accomplished inside an article. My problem is that when I try the {jfuploader type=0 id=2 securitytoken=55d19a953b399e626b74f68eebe8c98f} inside of an article, I can see my form fields but the jf uploader box is not to be seen.

Have I missed a basic setup step? All I see is the plugin token code {jfuploader .... } appear under the form fields.

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers,
Markus

if the code still appears make sure you have enabled the plugin.

Best,
Michael

Thanks Michael for the reply!

I can't find a plugin to enable. Under extensions->plugin Manager I don't see anything that resembles a JFUploader plugin.

Also under Components->JFUloader->Plugins it shows that no plugins are installed.

This is why I'm guessing I missed something. Although I thought the install would have installed what it needed.

Help.

Markus

Thanks Michael,

I thought I had missed something. I had only downloaded the Component zip.

Thank you for steering me in the right direction.

Cheers,
Markus
