Hi,

Some of my users are not able to upload using JFU, they get a "Plug-in failure" message. Others are able to use it without any issues.

Thank you,

Walter

How does this message look like?

Do you maybe don't have flash installed?

Best, Michael

I have noticed this on Mac using either Firefox or Safari. I am running the latest MacOS and the latest Flash plugin and the latest TWG but when I try to upload something, the Adobe Flash plugin segfaults (I can send the crash log).
This does not happen on Windows (different error there probably related to a bad certificate setup on my part).

On the Mac, I can select the files to upload, put them in the upload queue but as soon as I hit the "Upload" button, Flash crashes.

Let me know what more you would like me to do to help you debug this issue.
Thanks,
Romain

Best, Michael

It seems to work on the TFU demo. Is this the one included in TWG? Mine consistently segfaults :(.

Thanks,
Romain

This depends on your version of JFU.
