Please take a look at the following URL:

https://www.scopetalent.com/become-client

The iFrame on that page is loading from an external domain. It does resize correctly on load, but I haven't been able to get the "Resize on Element Resize" feature to work. If you click any of the radio buttons, that increases the size of the form, but the iFrame does not resize.

I'm calling the iFrame with the following shortcode:

resize_on_element_resize="#rackforms-output-div-page0"

Can you tell me how to get it working, please?

If you are on an external domain you have to set this setting for the external workaround in the default settings or before you include the ai_external.js script.
Setting this in the shortcode only enables this for the same domain.

I tried that and it works perfectly, but here's the problem I'm having now:

The content in my iFrame is a form, which displays a confirmation page after the user submits it. I'm able to resize the form dynamically, but when the confirmation page loads, the iFrame does not resize, so it looks awful.

Both the form and the confirmation page use the same jQuery selector to determine the height.

is there a page reload?
than you have to enable auto heigt for the external workaround.

Resize on element resize is designed to work when the page is already loaded.

The form submission occurs within the iFrame, so yes there's a page reload, but it's the content inside the iFrame that's reloading. The main page does not reload.

I do have auto height enabled in the workaround section and it does size correctly when it's first loaded, but after I submit the form, the iFrame retains the size of the form, rather than shrinking down to the size of the confirmation page.

Hi,

is the external workaround also included on the 2nd page?

Best, Michael

Actually, it was not. Thanks for pointing that out, it works perfectly now. Your support is awesome!
