I would like to use "Insert an iframe on all pages" but I need the iframe to only happen when on desktop. I can make this work with manually inserting shortcode on all pages.
Any way to make this easier?

Only shortcodes have a browser detection included.
The "insert an iframe on all pages" does insert the iframe independent of the browser. If you like I can implement a custom version for you where this feature will be added.
