Hi

we have a little problem. We tried to embed a wmv video file which is on our own server. We have done all like it is written in how-to 34. There is a video.jpg in the folder (the thumbnail), a video.wmv and the file video.php code:

$video_player="WMP";
$video_autostart=false; // true or false works!
$video_show_dl_link=true; // true or false works

The video doesn't play and the PHP code is written on the site... You can watch it at http://www.musterschueler.com/inc/gallery . The Folder is "Videos"

Hmm - your debug file is quite full :) - and I cannot open your video.jpg either:

and you video.php does not seem to be saved correctly - there should be no spaces between

oh thank you, the script realy has a little mistake. we repaired it and so the scriptproblem is okay.
but the video.jpg is shown in twg only as a black hole. if i rename it, it is shown as the right picture i uploaded. if i name it back to video.jpg it's only black again. is it normal?

delete the cache (TWG Admin-> Configuration) - the black image does alredy exist there.

okay, the picture is shown now. but the movie can't played. there come only a short load-sign, but then you can push the play-button, but nothing is shown.

I tried to open the movie directly:

http://www.musterschueler.com/inc/galle ... /video.wmv

this does not work either - if WMP should be able to open the video you have to be able to open this url in the player directly - like

http://tinywebgallery.com/pictures/Mult ... ssball.wmv

simply open Windows Media Player - Open url ...

check you permissions if you can play the file. i you can play the file directly you can play it in TWG.

Yeah - all is working now. thank you ;)
The videofile was damaged and so it can't played. I had uploaded a second one and now it's great working. Thx a lot for these quick and helpful tips.
