When a person looking at the gallery clicks on Options a number of "default" options appear. I would like to set it so some of these options do not appear.

I would like to turn the following off, but have not seen how to do this or what variable to set.

Show only top navigation

Use DHTML navigation (I want the feature turned on - but option not displayed)

Type of slideshow

check the advanced options described on the website or in the config.php - there you can turn on / off every option.
In the administration is an additional tab where you can enter them.

I've done a search of the config and found some of the options to turn on or off but I didn't see the following.

"Use DHTML navigation" - I want to leave this on by default, but remove it from an available option the viewer of the images can see when they click on Options.

I see that now - I was searching for DHTML and words that were in the menu option but missed that option entirely.

THANKS!

Okay that made perfect sense so I added:

$disable_nav_sel=true;

I restarted the server and cleared the cache on my browser, but the "Use DHTML navigation" option still shows up when you click on options.

could there be something else conflicting with this setting?
