hm...

I logged in to the adminpanel as admin
I made a user test and made him administrator
I logged out
I logged into the adminpanel as user test
Went to "user administration" and:

Test user is now able to delete the admin.

That means if I apoint co-admins and I get into a fight I can be banned from my own board.

(sollution: save admin/.config/.htusers to your pc, and re-upload it in times of trouble)
