Hi Michael,

This one is kind of weird. My gallery has a series of folders which are repeated on an annual basis. I have a duplicate version on my home computer which I use for setup and then copy to the server.

Some of the folders have foldername.txt files which are updated each year. I modified the folder structure on my home computer before uploading this year's folders to the server.

Here's the catch: the newly uploaded folders for this year (contained in a folder named 2010-2011) that have foldername.txt files are displaying the contents of last year's foldername.txt files. That is, the title displayed for the 2010-2011/Maplewood folder is actually the text from the 2009-2010/Maplewood/foldername.txt. All the folders in the 2010-2011 directory are like this.

I have checked the files and as far as I can tell the foldername.txt files have the correct contents. Is there a cache or something of the folder titles that needs to be cleared? I've tried deleting the session cache, but that didn't seem to help. I'd rather not clear the image caches as there are several thousand thumbnails to recreate.

The site version was 1.7.8 when I uploaded the directories. I updated to 1.8.1 this evening but that didn't seem to do anything.

Any ideas?

T.

The values are cached but only in the session and for the album tree in a file which should be deleted if you und the refresh function in the backend.

Have you somehow renamed the folders?

The folders have not been renamed, they are new. However, they have the same name as the folders in the older tree.
