HI

I wish to change the position if the Slide show / image navigation bar. If that is difficult then at least replicate the same bar above footer so that if the visitors need to scroll down the page then they don't need to go up again, to click the start or stop slideshow button.

I think u misunderstood my question

My concern is not "thumbnail strip" (the scrolling thumbnails) but the 6 buttons (arrow icon) on the Top that says First , next, last, Start Slideshow etc

I want to move these button from top to bottom

Then you have to change the code for this.

You could copy the one from the top navigation and add it at the bottom.

But why not simply using the keyboard? Try the arrow keys - left and right works fine on every page!

I tried copying the code before posting it here but it stops the site. If you could help me which code to copy and paste , it would be great.

Moreover I can use the keybords but the visitors can't. They might not even aware about the keyboard shortcuts. And if they have scrolled the screen, they might not even be aware about the slideshow feature.
This is the reason I want to place it at the bottom so that the visitor does not miss that beautiful feature.

the code is in topnavigation.inc.php

the part below
//
//
// we are in the image view
//
//

is for the full top navigation - you only have to find the middle part and strip down everything dynamic - because the variables are all set already ...

Quite tricky actually ;).

tested this - no problem ;) - I actually added this to my local build now.

in the part you find I told you you find a

if (!$top10) {

everything inside this block can be copied and then simply pasted into the bottom section.

will be in the next update of twg included and can be truned on/off in the config.
