Hi,

Since putting TWG in frames, i keep getting the following error very often at the bottom of the page.:

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 31981568) (tried to allocate 46 bytes) in Unknown on line 0

I tried upgrading to 1.8 (since less images) and also upped the max memory on the info.php but it still keeps appearing?

Any ideas?

Cheers for your help
Simon.

Should not have anything do do with frames.

You have increased your php memory? Currently you have 32 MB.

Hi,

I since tried it without the frames and still have the same problem. I thought i had changed the memory to 128m? I put both .htaccess and php.ini telling to increase, and according to phpinfo they seem to have worked.

#removed_broken_link

Is there somewhere else i need to modify anything. I also just checked twg's info and got:

PHP version >= 4.3.0 Yes (5.2.12)
- XML support Available
- GD lib support Available
- GD lib >= 2.0 Yes (2.0.34)
- imagecreatetruecolor Available
- Memory limit Very Good (128M)
- Max resolution ~ 5334 x 4006
- Rotate available Available
- Text watermark Available
- Remote jpg support Available
- File uploads Available
- Upload max filesize 20M
Session Available
Javascript Available
Image Magick Support Available
ffmpeg Support Not available
ffmpeg video convert Not available

but then the error reads 32m?
Not sure?

looks good.

But the 31981568 is 32 MB - when using which file the error is thrown?

This is what im not sure of, so i asked here. The error just appears when browsing around the galleries, and not under any specific function, so really it's calling index, top, overview, header, and includes. What i cant understand is why is is maxing at 32m when php has been set to load up to 128m

have you set this in a custim php.ini or in the global one?

And in which file the error comes? Because php.ini is not recursive. So if it is called e.g. in an iframe then this could be the issue.

at the moment, the structure is:

root - nothing
/twg - php.ini
/twg/admin - php.ini
/twg/iframes - php.ini
/twg/inc - php.ini
/twg/js - php.ini
/twg/language - php.ini
/twg/lightbox - php.ini

I tried to put the same file in all the directories where php scripts may be called from. The php ini reads:

memory_limit=128M

upload_max_filesize = 10M
post_max_size = 20M

Thanks for your help

Si.

Thas fine - don't you have a file name at the error message?

Maybe it comes when the flash is used...

No, i copied the whole message as it appeared into my first post. However, i have since had an email from my host saying they did some updates, and now i cant get the error to appear anymore, so it seems to be fixed now. Maybe it was a problem on there part?

Thanks so much for your help
Simon.
