 Post subject: Displaying Full Image

Maybe I'm dumb, but I don't see how to set it up so the user can see the full UNRESIZED image when it is bigger than the screen. Both Firefox and IE 7 give a fixed frame that can't be scrolled.

Firefox starts out with the full image for just a heartbeat but then scales the frame and image to fit on the screen.

Is there a way to change this behavior? I have maps and other things I want to display and the text is only visible at the full unresized resolution.
