Is there a possibility to add menu items besides the existing:
Top Tags | Top 13 | Search | Login

Would like to add items like: About & Contact
This way I could use TWG for my complete site and use the language feature to translate all pages.

you would have to add the items in the inc/topnaviagation.inc.php.

For the next version I will provide an external file where you can put additional links in it.

But If you only need one language then editing the inc/topnaviagation.inc.php. should not be that hard . Only be carefull that this files has 3 sections. A section for the main page, the thumbnail and the detailpage.
