I have run the example_i_frame_include.htm file but lightbox are not support.

lightbox is supported - maybe the example file is not adopted to the new version (this has changed in 1.7.4 - 2 different lightboxes are included now). Check the howto 33

But I have installed the 1.7.4 and its not work.
