Post subject:  rawurlencode error
When you upload a file with an url encoded name the file is wrong displayed. Example:

Upload a file called 'My%20picture.jpg'

The gallery try to search 'My picture.jpg' but the true name in my hardisk is 'My%20picture.jpg' because i downloaded it from the web.

Hi,

I have reworked the parameter handling in 1.5.
I just tested it there - it works fine now.

But I haven't tested this on other servers yet. Therefore it will take a while until I have tested on a systems and platforms ;).

1.5 is planned to be ready for first tests in 2-3 weeks.
I you want to test it you can write me an email.
