Hi, i'm tying to use JFU 2.8.2 with Joomla 1.5.9. When i try to upload a file (backend) using IE7, i get the above mentioned error message: "http - 502". No tfu.log is created. When i try using Firefox, i get the often mentioned "Trying to use the TWG Upload Flash without authentication..." error. Calling the tfu_config.php or tfu_login.php directly works fine. I'm using a domain name with an umlaut in it (kinderärzte-aachen.de), might that cause a problem? The direct call to tfu_login.php yields Server name: www.xn--kinderrzte-aachen-vqb.de . -bennimon |

I never tried with umlauten because i don't have such a domain. The only thing that really helps is the server log. In Firefox firebug can be used the check what the flash is calling. - Michael |

Ah... i had an alternative domain name for that website. Et voila: it works just fine. So: no domains with umlauten! I wasn't happy with that domain name anyway... Thanks for your help! |
