you are linking to another twg instance?
url.txt is used differently! you can link to a folder with it - directly.
Like this : http://mdempfle.md.funpic.de/pictures/2006_06_boas/

. TWG parses the directory listing of the server. If you do it like this you get the cache images on the server of your hoster.
If you want to connect 2 twg instances (like a part at your provider - a part at home) you can use folderlink.txt (this is how you use it somehow).
In your case you should use
#removed_broken_link
in the url.txt. But this directory cannot be listed - This is needed (or you put a index.htm there that provides that listing).
