How about the system auto-generates the folder ZIP files on the fly, instead of us having to create them and upload them? |

The are some reasone ... diskspace, content, cleanup ... I did not made this automatic because I wanted that people can decide by themselfs what to place in the zip - e.g. some extra text - like a readme - or the pictures in a different resolution - ... and if I create this it takes a lot of space too. And I don't know when to cleanup the files ... I know I could make the creation optional but then the zip files will get very big - and lots of people have problem with the php memory - if you have 16 MB ... And I really want to stop with new parameters .... there are so many already. Therefore I decided that the zip files are not be created automatically. I link directly to the zip files that prevents memory problems. But If you really like it - extend the i_frames/downloadmanager.php by yourself. BUT I'm working on a backend right now where you can create the zip files easily! /Michael |
