As not all the TWG users might know HTML, I thought it would be nice to have a WYSIWYG editor (even a simple one) when editing the folder.txt ... I made a photogallery for a friend and she doesn't know any tag at all. I'm teaching her a few but a WYSIWYG editor would be great |

You put html in folder.txt? The intention is to place text there and format it with the stylesheet. /Michael |

well, yes... I mean, simple tags like <b> <br> <hr> ... I'm not talking about overall formatting! But a user might like to give a different weight to a word, change size or color or... even make a link. |

well, in the TWGxplorer, after I create a TWG folder description, for example, I can edit the document and enter some tekst. I would put it there! I mean, I would like to find it there The same goes for all other txt document, like image description. Most of the CMS I've seen offer such a 'service'. They are of course a text-oriented CMS, not a photogallery but I think that TWG could become a 'complete' CMS 'just' by adding few features we get from a 'regular' CMS: - the WYSIWYG editor - the possibility to add pages of text (without having to create an image folder) This is no complain at all! I really like what you've created! |

good point where to place it. I might have a cooler place - the Upload flash in version 2.7 has an texteditor already - maybe I enhance this one. /Michael |

sure, definitely a very cool place! I guess you won't be happy hearing that I'm not using the flash uploader yet ... anyway, wherever you put it, I'll love it! thanks again for your great job! |

you don't have to - i use ftp mainly too . But with the new version you can offer the user to edit the txt files in the flash - therefore it is possible to offer this to frontend users as well. Then they don't need the full backend but only the frontend flash. /Michael |
