dos it only happen on the device directly? you can enable the internal debugger on the options tab. and then you can check if you get errors on the IOS device. Best, Michael |

So it appears sometimes and sometimes not. So maybe it is a problem of the loading times? which settings have you configured? have you enable the scrolling on IOS? Can you add enable_responsive_iframe also? is sets max-width also which could fix the width on IOS. Debbuger -> Options tab -> Debug Javascript Best, Michael |

Add enable_responsive_iframe ="true" enable_ios_mobile_scolling="true" to your shortcode. And where to enable the inline debugger I already wrote you: Debbuger -> Options tab -> Debug Javascript You have not enabled this yet! There you see if there are any Javascript errors in IOS! Add this 2 settings and retry. And what are your current settings? please show me your shortcode. Also go to the basic tab and click on the generate shortcode button. There all admin settings which are not default are displayed. I also tried with my ipad right now. It is not loaded there . Enabling the Debugger is important! this is the only way for me to see IOS Javascript errors. Best, Michael |

Also I have checked https://libero.mikado-themes.com/ on your http://www.tinywebgallery.com/blog/advanced-iframe/free-iframe-checker and there it also the loading takes ages! And there only a simple iframe without any settings is used! So the problem is not the plugin but the page IN the iframe. So you need to optimize your page inside for ios. You can check with the debugger if there are any errors. Maybe this helps to find our the problem of your page. Best, Michael |
