Hi,

I have recently purchased the pro version as I was trying to achieve horizontal scrolling for a frame hosted on ncyfl.co.uk/club-contacts

When I use Chrome on a PC and check using the developer tools, the page is responsive, but this does not seem to work when actually on mobile as per screenshots.

I am also not able to scroll horizontally on mobile, despite including the mobile ios shortcode.

This is the full shortcode that I am using...

[advanced_iframe securitykey="removedkey" use_shortcode_attributes_only="true" src="https://norfolkcyfl.helpwithit.co.uk/" width="100%" height="100%" scrolling="no" enable_ios_mobile_scolling="true" id="advanced_iframe" onload_scroll_top="true" onload_resize="true" store_height_in_cookie="true" hide_page_until_loaded_external="true" ]

Please can you advise?

Thanks

scrolling="no" prevents scrolling for all devices. You need to remove this.

Hi Michael,

I have removed this but still does not work. I have tested it on Android and it loads fine, but not on iOS in Safari or Chrome.

Regards,

Hi, Not sure what you current setup is now because I do get a Javascript error in the console.
Please e.g. use chrome and press f12. There the plugin does report config errors.

Please remove the stuff for the same domain and as you can use the external workaround you can specify everything in the administration.

On my ipad don't need to scroll to the side. So I cannot reproduce it there.

Best, Michael
