The iframe is working mostly how I want it, however normal scrolling outside the iframe stops working when the page loads.

Here's why I think that's a bug. When you adjust the overall browser window size, scrolling is reenabled and works as expected. Hitting refresh on the browser loses the scrolling functionality again until you resize the browser window. This is happening in all major browsers

Here's the outer page: http://naturallyinspired.life/home/why-doterra/
This is inside the iframe: https://sourcetoyou.com/

Please advise how to correct this, thanks

Hi,

i see that a overflow:hidden is set at the html and the body element of you page.

How is your full configuration of the iframe? Because I don't set overflow:hidden at the parent.
The only thing I see are 2 Javascript errors

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property '__e3_' of undefined
at pb (js?key=AIzaSyCXEyfC2nJq4N4rlOUzVeLskGDmbT3_dk4:34)
at new wb (js?key=AIzaSyCXEyfC2nJq4N4rlOUzVeLskGDmbT3_dk4:35)
at Object._.x.addListener (js?key=AIzaSyCXEyfC2nJq4N4rlOUzVeLskGDmbT3_dk4:102)
at initMap (app.js:682)
at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (app.js:715)
at i (jquery.min.js:2)
at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.min.js:2)
at Function.ready (jquery.min.js:2)
at HTMLDocument.K (jquery.min.js:2)

This are not from my plugin.

if you remove the iframe shortcode the scrollbar is back?

Best, Michael

I just checked the rendered code.

you have
jQuery('html,body').css('overflow', 'hidden'); in there!

Have you played around with the fullscreen option? Because then you have to remove the styles that modify the parent! So I think it is simply a configuration problem.

check that
content_id and content_styles are not set. not in the administration and nor in the shortcode.

Best, Michael

Ah yes, I clicked that fullscreen button once when I first installed the plugin, but couldn't find a way to revert back to the defaults (nor could I tell what it had changed by clicking that button the one time.) Maybe I'm missing it, but a button to revert to defaults would be a helpful.

Removing content_id and content_styles seems to have fixed the problem!

Thank you for the quick reply

Hi,

at the bottom right next to the save button is a reset button. "Reset Settings"

But I'm glad that this problem was solved ;).

Best, Michael
