Hi ,

I'm thinking of buying the plugin Advanced iFrame pro. Before buying is one thing I want to know. When I use the plugin iframe on a mobile device, for example ipad, the background is black. Can I change that color with the Advanced iFrame pro. If you need a printscreen of an example, please let me know.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Kind regards,

Martien

First you need to check where the black does come from. Does it also happen if you resize the browser?

And do you have access to the other page? Means that you can use the external workaround that you can change css?

Best, Michael

Hi Michael,

The black background is only on a mobile device (ipad). Resizing doesn't work.

I have the possibility to change the CSS file.

Can I change the black background with Advanced iframe pro?

Kind regards,

Martien

you mean the css inside the iframe?

can you use the external workaround by adding one line of JS?

But you said resizing does not work. What does this mean? Have you configured this?

Hi Michael,

When I change the width an height in the shortcode, the black space is smaller or larged depending on the changes.

What do you mean with 'external Workaround'?

What I want is that the black spaces has the same color as the background voor of the page/post.

I hope it's clear for you now.

Kind regards,

Martien

Hi,

please go to the administration and read the quickstart guide and also the tab "external workaround" (Also in the free version the basic concept is covered).

Because to use auto height and to change colors inside the iframe you need to add one line of Javascript to the other page.

Best, Michael
