Hi, I'm trying to hide elements ( .sidebar, #theiaStickySidebar ) on this parent page http://www.wazoow.com/region/416/

With the following code

[advanced_iframe securitykey="20a128f4a2aea9dd5cadd8602b316468531e5a2c" use_shortcode_attributes_only="true" src="http://dailypost.ng/2016/01/06/no-plans-to-sack-civil-servants-mimiko/" width="100%" height="600" id="advanced_iframe" hide_elements=".sidebar, #theiaStickySidebar" resize_on_ajax_jquery="false" ]

But it doesn't work...

Any ideas why?

It is not working because you mixed classes and id:

hide_elements="#sidebar,.theiaStickySidebar"

should work.
btw.:
hide_elements=".sidebar"
is already enough.

Best, Michael

Oh.... snap!

Weird mistake, thanks a lot for helping to point that out. Works like a charm now including modifying elements.

Love this plugin

One more thing please.

I'm trying to get authors to have access to this plugin, is there any direct way to do that from the plugin settings? Because I couldn't find any.

Thanks

They can only use the button on the editor - or the shortcode directly.

But is is a good idea. I'll put it on my todo list to set the group which is allowed to use the plugin

Best, Michael
