hi, I am no expert so please excuse me if i ask a silly question. I want to know if jfu can do the following

1.allow frontend users to upload pictures to folders i create for example

milk
bread
fruit
veg
pasta

2. if i can get each folder to display on a page of that same name such as bread
3. last of all if there is a way i can approve the pictures before they get put on the site.
