What is your web server. 25 MB sound like the apache internal limit which is set sometimes. Look at the FAQ 1. - Michael |

hi Michael, first of all , thanks for your time and dedication. We were checking all the stuff into FAQ and following your suggestions, but no solution yet. I realized that we can´t find the temporary upload file that has to be in the temporary folder. In other server, we can see a file like this: "php25A.tmp" but with an older version of JFU. Let me know what can we do. Do you want to have access to de server and backend? |

No - this seems like a server issue. Smaller files do work fine? have you already enabled the upload debug? Maybe you get a status Is there nothing in any of your log files? See: http://www.tinywebgallery.com/en/tfu/tfu_faq_19.php Best, Michael |

you look in /var/www/clients/client1/web7/tmp/ for the temp files? None of the big images are in the log. Mean it never reaches the php file. Means it is something your server does block. It is your server or is it hosted? - Michael |

Yes, I discovered that in my server log last friday, then a member publish the same problem and the solution. Commenting the hole line It´s a solution,as the topic that you mentioned says, but in some situations can cause a server memory overload. I´m not an expert in apache servers, but you should verify this issue in order to include it in your FAQs. thanks for your time Michael. Issue solved!!!! |
