Hello. Using last version 2.13 and joomla 1.5.22. When i do changes to allowed extensions, they are not reflected in uploader. I added DOC to frontpage group and I still cannot see doc's. Also I removed "ALL" for admin and hide DOC's but in the backend i could still see all filetypes. Should i do something more to allow other filetypes? I changed filte types in : Components>JFU>Config>FrontEnd Profile >Allowed file extensions
Thanks

?

you can see all files. You define the files which are allowed to be uploaded there.
Make if you want to upload images and doc e.g. specify 'jpg, gif, png, doc'

make sure to use the right seperator and that the session save handler is set to none because otherwise the settings can be cached in the Joomla session and not visible right away.

Best,
Michael

Issue is uploading allowed filetypes from front end. See attachment, i put there all screenshots.
When i am logged as Admin and trying add DOC from frontend i cannot do so. Even it is in allowed file types.
Thanks

How have you configured the plugin?

And which browser and which template do you use? Because the editor button does not really look good.

And please don't ignore the warning in the configuration. If you use groups you should have at least 2 profiles in one group.

Best,
Michael
