The description mode offers simply a free text field where you can let the users enter text and save it with the uploaded file or send this info by e-mail.

The date column is only available on the upload side - not on the server side. If you really need if you can e.g. implement a small file that is triggered by a javascript event of the flash which shows the date below the flash.

get the example on the registered demo of the flash. There you see how a link is displayed - it's simple to modify this example.

yes: "You can download the setup of this example here."

At "here" is the example you can download.

simply modify status.php. And look into my_tfu_config.php how the configuration looks like.

oh - you want to have the date when the files was uploaded not shown on the website - only somewhere in a log?

Simply use the log plugin or the db_log with the viewer.

Then you have to write your own little plugin that adds the date or modify tfu_upload.php to att the date to the description.

Sorry for butting in on this closed thread, but if I may say so, i think it seems more important to have the date displayed on the server side than on the upload side.

It seems likely that the uploader already knows (or doesn't care about) the date of the files he/she is uploading. I do however see many uses for having the date on the server side, not least for identification purposes. Don't you agree? I would very much like this to be implemented in future releases.

Cheers!
