Hi, I was wondering if the latest version of JFU (2.12.1) will work on Joomla 1.6? If not, is there an estimated time when this upgrade might be available? Thanks so much :)

No it is not compatible yet - I use much internal stuff that has changed a lot.

I have to change everything to the new structure and hopefully this is done when the final version of joomla is available.
Additionally I want to use the new user rolles...

It looks good so far.

I have already a local version running but without any user management stuff because especially groups have changed. I still think of the best way to use them....
But I already can display the whole component. Fortunatelly I could keep most of my old structure.

But I already found 2 bugs in RC1 which I reported and which are hopefully fixed in the next version.

Are there any news regarding Joomla 1.6 and JFU combatibility?

Any beta version maybe so we could test it?

Thank you 4 your time reading this.

the_observer.

A beta will come soon - See:

I updated to Joomla 1.6 final with the German translation today.
I'm done with the migration already (+ the new stuff that comes with 1.6).

I think in a few days the first beta will be available.

Best,
Michael
