Hi Michael, me again.

I am trying to pass data fields to a plugin following FAQ 15. I have the form_plugin.php script installed and added field names to my_tfu_config.php. When I use your tfu.htm, the language data field is dumped into the log, so I know the setup works.

Unfortunately, when I try my own html document, the fields don't seem to exist. I get "Undefined index" in the log at the point where the script tries to do the $_GET['select'].

These are the differences I can see between your page and mine:

- My input fields are within form tags, yours are not.

- My getTFUFormData funtion is defined in an external JS file, yours is included in the html page. I know the external JS file is working because other functions from the file work fine.

Do either these differences seem like causes for failure?

Does getTFUFormData actually need to be called somewhere? I can't find anywhere that it is in yours or mine.

I haven't found anything in the logs to indicate what might be going wrong - although I may not know what I'm looking for.

Thanks again for your help.

T.

Never mind.

I had a call to tfu_debug in the getTFUFormData() function and the function must not have been loaded yet when the upload starts . . . or something.

Anyway, when I removed the call or replaced it with debugError the fields were recognized.

As I wrote in the last post - TFU has now tfu_debug as debug function.
