the faq say If this problem happens when using TWG please set $add_iptc_at_upload to false in the config. Some servers have an error when ITPC data is extracted during upload! where i can find $add_iptc_at_upload ? in what file? ah, thank you.. |

i probably haven't undestand what i have to do to resolve this problem.. however i try to se the permission of tdu files to 777 but it doen't work |

LOOK IN THE SERVER ERROR LOG FILE. There you should get a message why you cannot access the files directly. If you don't get a message there you have to ask your hoster. I hope this is now clear. - Michael |
