Hello, I will be brief. I cannot upload anything. I can see the files that exist in the directory I am pointing the plugin. I try to upload and I see the progress bar. When it reaches 100%, I get a "Error : h*ttp 500" in the status, and nothing is uploaded. Please help me resolve this. Thank you |

have your read the howto 1 what to do when this error happens. On the help/Limits page you can set the permissions of the TFU files. I some case changes there help. - Michael |

Hi and thanks for your response. The permissions seem to be right. I tried to copy the admin profile into another one to use in the frontend. I figured I should do that since the plugin worked fine on the backend side with the admin profile enabled. That helped me to make it work. Everything is as it should. I hope I 'm not exposing something I shouldn't by enabling the admin profile on the frontend. |

I'm not really sure what you did. The admin profile should not be used in the frontend because you can do everything then. It is always better to create profiles that are used for the frontend only. - Michael |

So the admin profile was able to upload things when used from the backend. what I did was copy the profile into a new profile (from the joomla copy button on the top right in the profile list), and used that one. |

The log message can be ignored - I will supress this warning in the next version anyway. - Michael |
