Hi, Using JFU v2.9, I am not able to create directories within the upload directory. I can create (upload) files, rename directories, or delete existing ones (created through ftp), but can not create one. The file permission is set to 777 for the upload directory and all subdirs. The JFU config (through Joomla backoffice) shows create directory is set to YES. Any thoughts? Thanks, R |

yes - you have safe mode enabled and creating a directory would create a directory which you are not able to upload to. This is why it is disabled. - Michael |

Thanks I saw this previously, but did not know where to set this (safemode). I just visited my webhost, and found this item in the advanced properties for my website. Unchecked safemode, and create directory is available Thanks! R |
