Hi Michael,

I've been cruising through this forum for a while now but did not find an answer to the problem I'm having.

My TFU works great - just updated to version 2.7 and all is fine.

The only problem I've been having (also with previous versions) is that TFU ignores files in capitals. In short : DCS10003.JPG will not be uploaded to my server unless I change .JPG to .jpg.

Is this an option that I can change in the config file?
I don't really see it in there ...

no - I just checked the code.
this was a mistake I made - I converted the extension list to lowercase but forgot to do this for the file names as well.

I already changed this in my local build and this will be available in 2.7.0.2

Thanks Michael!

Any idea when this will be available?

just checked again. I can upload files with e.g. JPG.

Which OS do you have on your client?

If you choose all file types in the dropdown can you then select it?

Means - you you get the message that you cannot upload it because of the extension or can't you select it at all?

Michael,

Your remark on checking if everything is lowercase rung a very loud annoying bell.

The problem was entirely on my side.
I do a check on extension before I push the filename in the database.
I wasn't checking on a lowercase extension there.

Once I changed that into strtolower($extension) all things went smooth.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for this killer application!

but back to my question - are upper case files shown in the select box?
And are you running e.g. Linux or something?

I can select uppercase files and they do show up like they should in the upload box.

Filesize and date are correct.

I am on OSX, our server runs Linux RedHat.
