Hi, The install is very easy like described on the homepage. What is the problem you are runing into. What does happen when you call tfu_config.php directly - ther should a small status appear . /Michael |

Hi, The error i get on my pc is Server name : w w w . m y p r i n t u k . c o m PHP upload limit (in KB): 2048 PHP memory limit (in KB): 0 Direct calls are not allowed. but i get a different error on my mac. I'll explain everything i have done: I downloaded the free trial version and unzipped the file. I then placed all the contetns into a folder called uploads. I then placed this folder into my webspace. This is all that i have done. Have i done some thing wrong?? Thanks so much Lee |

and if you call the tfu_config.php - which error do you get there? Because if you get this error then the flash does normally not find or does not have access to the tfu_config.php. do you have a files called tfu.log? and is the folder whre the flash is in writeable (because otherwise the log cannot be written)? /Michael |

then you can take a look at the phperror.log. What you can do too is adding some debug into the code to check if the tfu_config is called. /Michael |

open tfu_config.php search for include $install_path . "tfu_helper.php"; add debug("found"); below this line. call the flash again and check if the debug file tfu.log is created and the text is in there. /Michael |

Post subject: | I am having the same problem |
I have my own server - I uploaded the app to my website put it in a folder called uploads. all permissions are set ( I do this all the time for other clients ) I have PHP 4.3 running GD lib 2.0 - I can see the image and the folders - no log file is be written. when I check the tfu_config it says exactly what leecots says. It is on a Windows 2003 server running IIS. Has this problem been resolved? I would like to get this going and register it any help would be appreciated |
