Post subject: | Troubles opening admin pages |
Hi, Today, I've installed twg 1.8.1. I can open the admin pages and logon, bus as soon as I click on any of the options, I'm getting redirected to the logon page. I've have multiple installations of twg. On my home server, I have no problems, but on a remote server I have the problem described above. I've reinstalled TWG and adjusted multiple riughts, but I still get redirected to the logon page. |

seems the session is not working properly on this server. check the session_save_path of your php installation. - Michael |

where can I find this setting? The installation of TWG is not in subdir, but in the root of a site... The site is hosted with an external web host. I don't have access to the php installation. |

This is part of the php installation. Can you call info.php. This does a basic session test as well. - Michael |

OK, i've got it. I've created a folder in the public dir of the site called tmp and gave chmod rights 777. Tested and everything works again. Now i've only got a error in the errorlog: 08.23.2010 18:48:16 (en) - ERROR 8 in ieuwleven-winschoten.nl/admin/helper.php, line 302: Undefined index: middlecenter This error I get on both installations of TWG |

you have to download the latest language files of the admin for your language as well. - Michael |

The latest language files are already on the site (dutch), but I still get the error. When I use the english language files, I don't get an error. The default language in config.php is set to nl. |

Still not the correct version. admin language files are for v1.8, not for v1.8.1 |
