I try to access the admin area of TWG and get a 500 server error. Version TWG 1.7.8 Everything in the info php is green except: ffmpeg Support Not available ffmpeg video convert Not available .htusers php is 777 All other required directories are 777 Read over the safemode area, was a little confused, but not even sure if this applies, it sound like I need to check if it is on in the admin. If you would like my site I'd give it to you, but it requires a login and and I would only give you a user/pass and site in private. |

500 is a server error. I would first upload the admin area again. Sometimes files are brocken. Then you should take a look in your error log of the server. There you find the reason why this error happens. Most hosters have this error file accessible in the backend. - Michael |

Wow, sorry about that. There are a few things I tend to try when I have website issues. For some reason I did not try this one. I deleted the admin dir and re-uploaded and I logged in, no issues! The error was [Wed Oct 14 09:21:01 2009] [error] SoftException in Application.cpp:252: File "/home/tinytown/public_html/photo/admin/index.php" is writeable by group Thank you for your good advice and the AWESOME program! |
