Hi,

It seems the gd lib from php cannot handle you jpeg files. Try to open one of your files in a grafic software resize it a little bit and save it again.

btw. one is working. What I don't understand is if you go o the image page - its very wide ... have you canged width's somewhere?

I think $small_pic_size is set too 20800 - you should change this !
maybe 400 is better

Thank you, I changed the small pic size.

Unfortunately of all the resizing tools i've tried, only MS paint seems to work
I tried 6 mass batch conversion programs, none of them do the trick(they do resize, but still the same in TWG)
Any tips regarding this matter

it's free and does even keep the exif data.
