Post subject:	Only SuperAdmins can upload - JFUploader
Hi, After configuring JFUploader, i'm having a problem where only Super Administrators can upload images from the front end. If a regular administrator/manager/registered user, tries to upload from the front end, they are not able to see the upload page. When the menu item linked to the upload page is clicked it is simply redirected back to the originating page. If a super admin where to click the same link, everything works correctly. I am using Joomla 1.5.23 Any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Tim

Hi, seems like a configuration problem of Joomla itself. You have to be aware that in JFUploader do exist groups - but they have nothing to do with Joomla user groups! You should fist start by using a simple profile for the menu entry. Feel free to post/pm a screen shot of your configuration. And it is important to know what you actually want to configure. JFUploader can be configured in much more detail than Joomla itself. You can define exactly which user should have which rights/function in which folder. Best, Michael

Thanks, you were spot on. It was my Juga configuration that was preventing access. Thanks so much for the reply, it pointed me in the right direction. The component is excellent to use and configure.
