I have been running TWG for 7 months on my band website now. I don't need many features of it, no folders and so on... to be found at http://blumengroup.de/fotos/index.php
TWG has always been of great use for me, for it is exactly what I had been looking for :)

Yesterday, all in a sudden, a returning visitor of our website wrote me an e-mail that, whenever she wants to regard a single foto, the following error message is displayed:

Quote:
You have removed or modified the powered by TWG.
This is the only modification where you have to register TWG.
If you have a licence file it is not valid for this Domain or was modified.

Please go to www.tinywebgallery.com for registration

But, I have NEVER removed or modified ANY ot the "powered by TWG" credits, not even temporarily.
(One week ago, I changed the picture CONTENT of my TWG folder, that's it, actually. But I did never mess around with the layout or the credit notice)

Here on my PC I do NOT get this error message. I've cleared cookies, browser cache and offline content - and on my PC everything runs fine, no error message at all.
Also the "powered by TWG" notice appears, like it has always done.

So what does this message mean and how can I make sure, all visitors will be able to regard all of the single fotos?

Please help :)
Thomas

have you maybe updated TWG? Then she might had an old version of the Javascript cached in the browser.

Does she still has the problem even after clearing the browser cache?

Best, Michael
