Hi

TWG loads really slowly sometimes and sometimes it wont load at all and gives me an error

Code:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@scaevola.fi and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Code:
Gateway Time-out

The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.


What might be teh problem ? :(


Pictures are 50kb files and our netprovider is fast and server also but something is lagging

EDIT: Uploading pictures usually gets stuck and wont happen anything....

Lot of problems with this, is it possible to get money back and delete this TWG ?

How many pictures do you have?
Cache images are only generated once and then performance should not be a problem anymore.

Have you checked in the error log what the problem really is?

How do you upload pictures? Because there normal http uploads are used. If you have problems there this are most likely problems of the server or the Internet connection.

There is a howto about optimizing TWG and also version 1.8.8. is in the forum which was optimized a lot!

See the details in the blog where I compare 1.8.7 with 1.8.8.

Licenses are not refundable as you where able to test almost everything in the free version as well.
