The funny thing is it's not consitant, I had an image that was 1024 by 768 that was doing this earlier, and it would not display till I made it 800 by 600 |

it depends of the compression of your jpeg file. the gdlib uncomresses the file for processing. Therefore there is no fixed size where you can tell what is working. I do have 32 MB - There I haven't found images that don't work. with 16 MB normally images with > 2000x? have problems. But as I said before - it depends on the image. you can see the uncomressed size in most image programs. /Michael |
