I have two folders, one with a local FLV and one with a local MP4 video file. Both play just fine in the JW Player but only the FLV streams and immediately starts playing, the MP4 fully downloads first before it starts playing which can take a long time depending on file size and download bandwidth. Is there a trick to make the local MP4 video stream as well? Thanks, --Alex PS: I'm using TWG 1.8.4 but believe the same issue also existed in older versions. |

I have found a German link to this topic http://videoencoding.websmith.de/encodi ... daten.html Seems that if the index in the mp4 is not written properly it is fully downloaded first. So you have to check your mp4's. - Michael |
