Hi,

On the gallery page of my site my watermark image is not fully transparent where the transparent parts of the image is.

I have set transparency to 0 in the php settings, to make the image fully visible and the transparent parts around the image invissable.

I want to show you the site address of the pic, but the forum doesn't allow me to.

Do you know how this can be resolved?

Kind regards and thanks for the great product.

Sergio

are you using an jpg or an PNG? I always use png's because jpg are not very good for watermarks.

You have only one transparent color. Maybe you png backround is not 100% one color.

I do always a fill with a little bit tolerance to avoid this.

Hi,

Thank you again for your reply.
Please visit my link to see what the result is of my watermark:

#removed_broken_link

I created a sample gallery, called testwatermark.

The image is found by this url

#removed_broken_link

The image is saved with photoshop. Strangely enough you find another image in the transparant parts, when twg applies the watermark, how I don't know.

Do you know how to correct this?

Kind regards,

Sergio Wong Chung

The gdlib library cannot handle any transparency you set in the png.

Flatten all Layers and use the bg color as transparent color.

Thank you so much!

Can you tell me how to set a specific color / background color as transparent color?

Thanx again.

you only select a pixel which is used as transparent. I think this is one left upper one by default. x and y can be set in the config.
