Hallo,

mir ist gerade aufgefallen, dass sich gestern jemand auf meiner Gallery angemeldet hat. Soweit kein Problem, nur wundere ich mich, dass dies nirgendwo protokolliert wird.
Ich hab dann noch mal einen Test-Login erstellt und bemerkt, dass das System viel zu einfach ist.
Zwar wird die IP angezeigt, doch ... wo kann ich die wieder auslesen?

Ich denke, der neue User sollte wenigstens eine eMail Adresse eingeben müssen und er sowie der Admin sollte über den Neuzugang unterrichtet werden.

Ich sehe lediglich 2 Aufrufe über das Thema in meinen Access-Logs, das wars. Etwas mehr gewallt über meine Gallery möchte ich dann doch schon haben.

Dann konfiguriere doch erstmal die E-Mail:
$self_registration_email

Und wenn du was komplizierteres brauchst, kannst du es dir ja gerne erweitern.

Na, ... wer wird denn da undokumentierte Parameter verstecken ;)
Wie soll ich denn da drauf kommen...

Öhm, ... die habe ich schon so lange aktiv, ... dass ich mich nicht mehr erinnern kann, wann ich die aktiviert habe. Das muss aber schon mehrere Jahre (und somit TWG-Versionen) alt sein. Denn meine User haben sich ALLE selbst registriert. Und meine Domain läuft jetzt ... bestimmt schon 10 Jahre.

Gab es das eventuell früher schon mal?

Selbstregistrierung gibt es seit 1.7 - also gut 2 Jahre. Nur in der FAQ hatte ich den Parameter nicht direkt erwähnt...
