and have you set:

php_value post_max_size 100M

I changed the syntax, server info still says 2048k

I entered the 103000 as the upload size in jfu profile.

Server name:
PHP upload limit (in KB): 2048
PHP memory limit (in KB): 32768
Max. resize resolution: ~ 2730 x 2050
PHP max input time: 60 s
PHP max execution time: 30 s
Default socket timeout: 60 s

then you limit is 2 MB!

The limit in the profile cannot increase the server limit. it is only to reduce a bigger limit.

Check your server settings again. The one in the .htaccess seems not to work.
